How I can help you.
At Allaria, I take an integrative approach to health, supporting people navigating chronic health concerns, hormonal changes and difficult relationships with food. Rather than fighting your body or trying to force it into doing what you want, we'll work towards understanding what it's asking for and rebuilding trust in yourself and your body.
There isn't one right way to do that, which is why I offer three different paths of support depending on where you are right now and what you need.
If you're not sure which is right for you, we'll start with a free 20-minute call. It's an opportunity for both of us to ask questions, talk about where you are and where you'd like to go, and make sure we're a good fit.
At the end, I’ll recommend the path I think makes the most sense for you. There's no pressure or obligation, just an open conversation about what kind of support is going to suit you.
